Conways game of life against computer generated and preset opponents.

Rules are as follows:

1. Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbours dies.
2. Any live cell with two or three live neighbours lives.
3. Any live cell with more than three live neighbours dies.
4. Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbours becomes a live cell.
5. Friendly squares count for +1, enemy squares are -1 and empty is 0.

Rules for enemy cells replicating are the same just invert the numbers.

THE GOAL OF THE GAME IS TO HAVE MORE CELLS ALIVE AT THE END OF THE GAME THAN YOUR OPPONENT.
_________________________________________________________________________

- Make your own configuration or generate a random configuration and test yourself against an array of opponents.

- Set the number of generations you wish to occur before the score is calculated and the victor is determined.

I'm a big fan of Conway's game of *life*, so this (game of *death*) is a nice variation. Well done.

Interesting version of Conway's. I think it's closely related to the theme, so good idea. My best score: 63 :D

Nice tie-in with the theme. Curious if you've ever read Glory Season, or just like Conway's game of life in general?

Nice concept here. Personally never played this type of game so I was just into learning it. I suck right now :( Going to try and figure this out :) GG
