I liked the shapeshifting sword mechanic! I got stuck at the first key the first time after pushing in the wrong direction, maybe allow the player to hit keys to bounce them around.

Kill them with carrots! Managed to fall off the bottom of the screen in the room with big blue heads in it.

Game was unplayable slow for me. After one minute, controls were getting through after an abysmal amount of time (10 seconds or so).

It looked so good. :'-(
