You learn how to move in the "harsh" environment. You make yourself bigger so that your "dead" body stays as a Platform for you to jump on, or you can float on water ....
Your smaller you can fit through tight gaps and sinks in water.
Use W,A,D to move around
Use S to Morph/shape-shift
Have fun, and in case you reach the "Diving level"... I am sorry ;(
