This is excellent. I love the art style, and the concept is very interesting. I would love to see this mechanic developed further, as I'm very curious about how character arcs are supported for these complex beings. The writing seems stilted at first but there is a lot going on here in terms of worldbuilding and mood that I really appreciate. Nice Kafka reference too. Great work!

Wow a lot of drawing must have got into this. I’m not sure if there is an “end” to the game, if there is I didn’t get to it. But I can see how much work went into the game.

This feels like taking the avatar generator many modern games have one step further, where you're not just defining how the characters look, but their backstory and nature as well. Excellent writing. Very exciting stuff! As others mentioned - would love to dive into the story after choosing characters and environment.
