OFFLOAD is a pong game quite unlike anything you've ever seen because you could shapeshift! Also it has great colours, they're randomly generated by a program I wasted 4 hours on, but it was certainly worth it!
CONTROLS:
Player 1: MOVEMENT: W and S SHAPESHIFT: R BACK TO NORMAL FORM: T
Player 2: MOVEMENT: UP ARROW KEY and DOWN ARROW KEY SHAPESHIFT: P BACK TO NORMAL FORM: L
To make things interesting, you can't move while in your special form.
I like this game! I didn't have anyone to play with, so I played by myself and tried to keep it going as long as possible. It's a new twist on Pong! Nice work :)
And cooldown. If you can't return to short form within x seconds after going to long form, that would add some strategic component. Right now you can go long just before hitting the ball then immediately go short, so it's as if you're playing with long form all the time.
Good pong clone I like the music and minimalist art work is true to pong. My problems with it are, first sometimes the pong paddles just disappear and I can't make them come back, and there is no ai, so I ended up playing with myself. Good effort.
Nice idea extending a classic, but I think it would be interesting to have more shapes to play with. Anyway, music is great, and congratulations for your random color picker, it's got really good taste :D.
