In the My Little Pony Friendship is Magic canon, there are shapeshifting beings called Changelings. They feed off of love. We thought up a concept for a dating simulator where you need to spend love to change into different types of ponies (Earth Pony, Pegasus, and Unicorn). Each type of pony reacts differently to meeting a different kind of pony, so the game would have been to work out the best relationships, and shapeshift effectively to acquire as much love as possible.
We got pretty much all of the ground-work done from scratch, but ran out of time when it came the time to produce the relationship mechanics. We only had 24 hours of the time to work on this, and think that with an extra day, we could have created something a lot closer to our vision. We hope you like what little we have to show (as you may imagine, even a lot on the back-end doesn't necessarily mean there's plenty to see on the front)!
Yeah, I don't really have an idea what to do either. I'm just stuck at the first screen. Maybe you could add the controls for the game to the description. Quite a pity. I really like your idea.
Hi, thanks for trying. Blinking cursor was mean to represent a spacebar. I will change it to literally say Spacebar when I work on the game again. Blinking arrows mean the arrow keys, and there are numbered buttons on display that are triggered by number keys 1, 2, and 3.
As for Windows 8, I have no Win 8 system to test that on. Works on Windows 10. Had an HTML5 build, but that was stuck at the title screen for no darn reason and I took it down.
Nah, there's a frame with no text, and suddenly that blinking cursor. The game does not crash, but I'm stuck. F2 restarts the game and F8 shows the toolbar, not more. I'm on Windows 10
