You are a shapeshifter, and after all those college and shapetraining years you finally got your 1st mission! For shapeshifting you need to "fuse" with diverse item you will find through your way to the town.
CONTROLS Please use the arrows to move, keep in mind that you can't move to a position you've been before. For restarting the game you can use R PRESS ENTER AFTER THE TITLE SCREEN
It's frustrating that the game shuts down when you fail. It would be nice to be able to just loop back in and try again. The exploratory nature of it is cool, though.
Yay, apparently I've managed to become a super-whale. Pretty cute puzzle game, but the exploration part seems rather unnecessary to me (in fact, with all that random generation means sometimes items end up in configuration where a perfect victory is impossible), and I wasn't really fond of slow walking and having to *press* button to move to the next field.
Maybe you can expand upon that general idea, somehow...?
(I just wonder, what exactly happens to player character once they successfully turn into proper whale...?)
Fun little game! It was kind of confusing, but I assumed that you were trying to collect the items that you thought a whale needed in order to become a whale?
Very short game, but the idea and implementation was nice. I had trouble finding the alternate endings in the game, I kept getting the wiki pedia one. It would be nice if there was a small hint about how to win the game, I tried getting all the items, covering all of the tiles, avoiding all the items, and all of them seemed to give me the same ending. Also, there should be a little more contrast between the tiles the player has visited and the tiles the player hasn't visited, unless the player was looking carefully it was kind of hard to tell them apart. Good job!
