I have also used phaser for this ludumdare. I have noticed that you use page reload for restarting check reset function in my code maybe that will help you https://github.com/Xesenix/ludumdare-36/blob/master/src/js/states/play.js

Love the description of the game.
Nice music and sense of adrenaline in completing the mission.
Feels to hard with little room for error.

very simple and easy control
i like the old-style main menu, looks like legit old secret documentation film lol
but unfotrunately they style not really match with the ingame graphic, while i don't mind it, but i somehwat hope it to match with initial main menu screen style
