Okay first the windows version didn´t worked but becasued it looked so good i thought i just download the apk. Played it saw its potential but it didnt really worked the bricks disapperend and i cant rese. I would love to see a full version of this where you have to code your golem in some way but in this build it just dont work.
The concept is interesting and I was able to understand how to play without any instructions. That said, It's difficult to predict what the algorithm will do. It's a lot more trial and error and random outcome than I would expect for something that is a logical puzzle, those two dynamics are not mixing well. This could be remedied by proper level design teaching each element but presenting challenges that can only be overcome by understanding the logical pieces, but that are not difficult enough as to be frustrating. This may be tough to achieve with the current design and I suggest revising. For example, if the execution was more linear, say it starts at the mid stone then moves to the next one, and the next one and when it reaches the end it simply restarts and does the same thing. Currently there is a sort of memory, which is cool from a technical point of view, but hard to predict when there are multiple directions involved. You could preserve the memory idea with a dedicated memory stone that bifurcates the logic. There is an annoying bug, on the right side where I see the golems they are not matching up to the grid. This could be a difference between your aspect ratio and that of other people. Try different aspect ratios in the editor and see if you can reproduce the issue. Cheers.
Really nice UI. Sound design also fits well i like it especially when you make them move automatically moves they make play nice melody. But then comes game play this mechanic is interesting but hard to understand especially why elements are called in that an not another order it a lot try and fail/win by accident it hard to make informed decisions. I really would like to play such puzzle game if i could understand wtf is going on :P
Graphics and sounds are great! The concept itself is interesting and got me hooked. Gameplay could be faster (the button didn't help with this). Going to the next level sometimes took too long.
I think this could be awesome on mobiles. But I also think that you need to explain what the move tiles do somewhere (unless I missed it). Without that you need to do a lot of trial and error just to understand how to create something. I really like the graphics.
A very nice concept, I always loved the programmable games, but nowadays I couldn't find so much. I hope you will continue to work on this 'robot battle' game! And some instructions/mechanics explanations would be really nice :)
