As the ruler of this land, you want to become better. Therefore you decide to build pyramids so the Aliens have a place to land their UFO's. Build as may of them as you can before your people dethrone you.
Make sure stones get mined in the quarry, get transported to the river, get sailed to the construction site and get build. Also make sure they don't starve.
