Life in the Stone Age is hard. If you're not losing your finger in a freak flint-knapping accident, you're getting stomped on by a woolly mammoth. You need energy. You need the Paleo Diet! (Paleolithic folks just call it "the Diet.") Hunt and gather all the fish, berries, and meat you need to keep your tribe healthy. Bring down the mighty mammoth and your troubles will be over! (Note: The concept for PALEO was developed while eating Oreos.)
