I wanted to do some more features but actually I´m happy cause my last (and first) try doing a LD alone wasn't too good and I couldn't finish a solid game.
This one is simpler but it looks polished to me, which is really satisfying :DDD

It reminds me a bit in game boy color games because of the music. What if you add an extra button-changing palette to a GB palette with greens? It could look more retro! Congratulations!
Hahaha, i love that chip tune music. Just a few advices to get better game feel: * I don't see why you need to aim. You can show continuosly the guiding arrow, and slow down the character movement while shooting * I think the collider with enemies is little big * I think you can increase the speed of the main character. It will give you better feeling
It looks so nice. I can't really tell what the upgrades do and I'm not exactly sure how the flash feature does but it would be cool if it teleported you to the mouse.
Addictive gameplay, great sound and graphics. Only one thing to criticize: melee is OP. Should have some kind of delay / cooldown because you can just spamm it and run through the masses of enemies like a maniac :) What did you use to create the music?
It is pretty good. Graphics are nice, the music fits its retro look (Well, it seems even more retro. More like Atari VCS music) The game itself is nice, there is challenge, you have to pay attention and adopt some kind of little strategy.
Pretty fun experience. The gameplay's simple and cathartic, but the hitboxes of the enemy seem a bit too unforgiving. And it feels kinda pointless when the game doesn't keep track of how many enemies you killed... Still, good job.

I think, as it was said before, melee is really OP but it balance quite well when there's hordes of ennemies.

The game feel was impresive for a game done in less than a day. The last weapon feels amazing when shooting.
Some minor problems with enemy spawning and hitboxes, but overall a really good job, congratulations!
