This is an unfinished game; after getting about 40 hours in I realized that I had spent too much time on infrastructure and not enough on "finding the fun."
My goal was to turn the golden hats of Bronze Age Europe (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_hat) into a game mechanic of some sort. Nobody knows what sort of priests or wizards wore these beautiful artifacts, but we do know that there are solar and lunar cycles encoded into the embossing of the hat. I was imagining an Oregon Trail-style game where the player would have to anticipate solstices and conduct eclipse rituals to progress, but I got bogged down in cosmology and also the text system. Oh well, learned a lot on the way!
