All I want for Christmas is an asteroids type game based on a man dying in a one bedroom room where hes been for ages.
With all of Bills energy, last time he was conscious before passing out ( The man sick in bed ), He wrote a letter to Santa asking for help.
You play as Santa, saving bills life or trying to.
Germs if let past player(Santa), Blood Pressure will rise as indicated in UI, 120 is GOOD / 200 or more is DEAD.
killing germs reduces Blood pressure and different germs reduce BP at a different rates. (Watch out for bombers =))

Lot of the artwork or animated cut scenes where placeholders but ran out of time to finish them. Also needs more waves of enemies but nice and short for testing.
Keybinds.
Left Arrow - move left
Right Arrow - move right
space - shoot
menus controlled by mouse.
Also currently no escape menu to quit but cutscenes are short so just exit at menu and in the game just let germs through to raise blood pressure and loose (doesn't take long).
