Emily
This game is from the old Ludum Dare platform. You can try viewing the original page on Web Archive

Emily is a short game about moving into someone's old room. Click interacts with everything. When you're in the room, use WASD or the arrow keys to move. Escape brings up the quit menu, which only works on desktop. WebGL seemed to really like to keep my mouse cursor on the web version, but it seems to run just fine. I recommend the Windows version if possible, but the web one is just fine.
It was planned to have a lot more going on (and two whole more characters), but for time constraints, I cut it down. There is sound, but no music (I was too tired to figure out music this time). Regardless, it makes a coherent game (albeit a very short one). Curse my infernal desire to have dialogue and written content. At least I didn't get around to writing text for those books (they can hold pages of text, in the code, though).
Hope you all enjoy it. I may be exhausted, but I had fun :)
##########Jam Version##########
I have included "Jam Versions" of the game below. These are simply versions with music and audio balancing. I finished this early on Monday, so I decided to make it a jam version, as if I had submitted to the jam. Don't judge those ones, only the "Windows" and "Web" versions. The version playable above is the correct one.

I've run out of places to put links, so here's a link to the reflection I made on this entry. TL;DR: there are many flaws with this entry, but it's a good proof of concept and I can improve upon it.
