good sound effect for the limitations that pico-8 gives, well done

I love this concept. A bit more complexity and you'd have something you could easily put a price tag on.

My only issue is that sometimes an energy crystal(?) will spawn over an enemy turret - with good timing they're not hard to snag, but they're quite a bit harder to spot (green on green).

Great little game, I really enjoyed it! Keeping an eye on two different types of game board and linking them together in that way is a great mechanic. I got to about 1100 points before the green buggers on the bottom just slaughtered me. Love the pico8 art and sound too. Great work all around!

Really cool game! I did not expect the game to get very difficult based on the beginning stages, but it gets pretty intense as it goes. Good stuff!

Had fun with this one! If you wanted to take it a step further, maybe you could slowly charge a lazer beam to defend yourself with? Good work, like the sound/art, overall look and feel is nice.

Great concept. It got quite hard after a while. Um... not sure if it is a bug but sometimes a coin would spawn on top of the turrets. Anyway, great game

Great little interpretation of the theme! The idea is pretty fun, and it get a bit hard after 1000+! A bit slow though, but it's really not a problem!
