Graveyard Cleaning Shift

very nice and cute, i wish i could draw like you.
also a directional lock would be nice so i can shot in the same direction while moving. other then that awesome.
oh and you shod write about the controls,people shodnt guess what to push.
also what game engine did you use? is it cross platform or web only?

Gotta say this game is really hard. Well, for me at least. Otherwise it's really nice and fun game.

Fun game. Great use of the pico-8 palette on those sprites!

Pretty basic but also pretty fun. The graphics style is really nice and was definitely my favorite part.

The gameplay was okay and pretty much did as expected but that's fine as the completed submission was pretty good.

It's really tough to aim, cool to see a Pico-8 game though!

I thoroughly enjoyed the simplicity of this game. Love that retro feel. The first time the enemies came out of the woodwork I freaked out a little bit. I found it a little repetitive, but overall nicely done.

I love the sound effects and the cute sprites! My only suggestion is it would be cool if the player could pick up temporary power ups. like multishot.

Reminds me of the ending of knee deep in dead.
Too easy though, You can kite the enemies into clump.

Might be nice to see some kind of floor texture, as well as more depth, possibly upgrades?

A good prototype I’d say; the pixel art is nice, but the mechanics become slightly boring after level 5 :) If I understand correctly, a new wave appears when there are 4 monsters left; so you’re never really overwhelmed. Maybe this could be tweaked a bit.

Something you could add with very minimal effort is a sound effect upon shooting and another one upon hitting an enemy.

Cute sprites and smooth controller.
I have a similar problem in my game: after the characters follow you a while, they tend to melt together on one spot.

also funny how arrow direction is bound to character facing direction :)
