Nice game - I love tycoon / management games and this could be good base for one.

It was well made altough I did find myself doing alot of waiting, needs some gameplay element whilst your doing nothing.

I think there is a bug when you buy a new floor, you dont lose 5000.

Music is catchy too, great job!

Some UI would be nice, so that you can track what is happening.. But I don't know what factors are in play, so I can't say more.

All in all, very nicely done.

Cool entry and a lot of work and effort for just 72 hours, impressive.
It'd be great to have a bit more feedback on how the rooms are occupied. Also, I ended up playing on fast forward and it was still to much to wait :/
Aside of that, great entry!
