Really nice looking game, and a fine presentation. The click mechanic fit the theme of the thankless slog. I know it was more of a story but I felt like it could have easily been turned into something more gamelike. The humor was spot-on.

As an artist, I absolutely love this game, its hilarious!
Such a simple, yet effective concept.
I would have liked to have seen some other variations thrown in, but i guess that would take away from the theme of the game.

The dialogue boxes seemed a little quick at times, especially the accidentally skipping them from clicking fast. I do like how each of the characters is unique.

Ahaha, it's really a neat idea! I've read so many stories like this one and you captured it very well in one very satirical game, it's just perfect!
More an experience than an actual game but it was really enjoyable and the "I'll have to eat all my posters" definitely made me crack xD

That was an interesting experience, telling a sad (and hopefully very exaggerated) story.

You can almost feel the main character's frustration, as his few glimmers of hope are squashed horribly, by low sales, and being casually brushed off by the game company rep (not done much paid work indeed...)

The (slightly disturbing) detail, that the main character works more slowly, the more hungry he gets, was a nice touch.

Also, it is good to know, that posters can serve as an emergency meal ;)

ad some issues with the text boxes, sometimes would accept or decline offers while I was just trying to skip through text.
Otherwise, good entry. Reminds me of the comic by the Oatmeal about exposure bucks

I tried declining every offer without pay, until the last couple revenue percentage jobs, and died. Tried again and accepted everything, still died. Is there some way to survive or is this the crushing inevitability of life as an artist? :(

Such a great entry and the ending message about exposure was pretty funny. Only thing I'd tweak is that at times I was clicking quickly to create the art and would end up accidently skipping text as I finished the project. Someway to stop that from happening would help as I enjoyed reading all your writing. The different offers and responses were also nicely done. Great simulator entry.
