The story of the Last Emperor of the Eternal Empire. The most powerful man in the world, that never left his room. The man that was born, raised and married in one room - though decided the fate and freedom of Man from said room.
The Emperor must handle politics, budget, assasinations, barbarians, the clergy, the peasants and the supernatural. It's not always easy to be the Emperor.
The tooltip at each option describes the result of selecting said option.
The game continues as long as the player maintains stability and survives against the Horror - the Emperor usually fails at about 10 years into the game. Good luck!
