Toxic Waste is a single player arena where your objective is to kill all the monsters to collect a key so you can leave the room you are trapped in. You play as a mechanical robot who fires poison tipped bolts to damage his enemies.

We originally planned to do a game around a chatroom that would have been a much bigger game than what is presented. Due to time constraints and not having enough resources to create art assets that matched our vision. The team decided to change the game idea so that we could submit a game in time.

This game idea is good but I find it really difficult, didn't manage to get the key...

Sometimes ennemies attack as soon as the gem launched and I didn't have time to get ready ^^'

Is the green nuclear thing usefull for something or it is only to block us ?

Very hard! You should also spawn in a fresh room when you play again otherwise you can die so quickly.

How the heck do you "Kill all of the enemies?"... I was alive for a few minutes and killed all the bad guys and there was never any key. I'm pretty sure the key is a lie!!!!

Very fun, though :)

Cool but pretty difficult, it seemed like I just didn't have enough DPS to kill the enemies faster than they spawned. Would be nice if you could hold down left click to fire continually. I like the bullet hell vibe though. Good work!
