Developed on Linux with:

* vim (all JavaScript, CSS, and HTML)
* gimp (all graphics, including the font)
* audacity (all sound effects are synthetic, voice, or finger tapping!)
* lmms (soundtrack)
* chromium (testing, although any modern browser should work)
