Merienda is a VR game where the player needs to row a boat in order to find enough food to survive the day. Eat by grabbing objects with your controller and moving them into your head (100% like real life).

Controls:
*Requires HTC Vive*
- Sit down on the floor.
- Hold both triggers while moving your hands on the water to move in the direction you are looking at.
- Hold the grip button to grab a piece of food.

Merienda is a game made in Unity 3D for the HTC Vive in just 34 hours! As both of us are PhD students, we couldn't find the enough spare time to work more than that.

But hopefully, future Post-Jam versions might arrive!

Hey there, I tried your game but I couldn't click the play button. I was able to open both of the boxes in the boat but no matter what button I pressed on the controller I couldn't get it to start.

I like the graphics and the music. The game itself was a bit confusing, I cruised around on the boat a bit, got a banana and ate it, found something else in the water, but didn't know what to do with it. But the aesthetic (and sitting on the floor!) was very cool, the experience was fun even though I didn't get the objective.
