A life in a single petri dish. Your objective is to survive by "killing" smaller bacteria and avoiding getting killed by more powerful one. Made using LibGDX.
Control : - WASD to move - Click to dash - 1,2,3,4 to select upgrade and ENTER to buy it - G to go to next level after upgrading or reset level if game over
Rules : - Kill the green bacteria, avoid the red one. - Dashing will auto-kill smaller bacteria than you. But also auto-kill yourself if dashing to red bacteria. - Touching green bacteria will kill it slowly. - Only kill by dashing will give 'amino acids' for upgrade.
Good minimalistic game! Graphics were very clear, if simple, and made it feel a bit like an old title from the NES era. I liked having the power to control player upgrades in-between levels, too. I had an issue though with level 3, where it seems as if there's one green bacteria missing. The game says there's one left, but no green ones remain.
