Place the blocks to earn money, optimize your districts to win more points.

* __Double click__ on a block on the map to build it.
* __Right click__ on a block to rotate.
* Temple : +2 points per garden, +5 per habitation
* Office : +5 points per office, +10 per habitation
* Garden : +2 points per garden
* Get one star if you place enough districts.
* Get two stars if your score is higher than 2/3 of the best score.
* Get tree stars if your score is equal or higher than the best score.
It is hard to beat highscores. Really hard.
To win, you have to build one more block and buying blocks cost 25% more.
