///////////////////////// Tutorial (Added post-Jam)
Controls:
- Right-Click hold to move camera
- Left-Click to interact with the world
- Space and Enter to upgrade owned land
Map is randomly generated each game (always different!)
To keep your peasants alive, you need to build places that generate resources. By buying a tile, you unlock the ability to upgrade it to use the specified resource.
- Grass: Upgrades to a field that generates food and money
- Lake: Upgrades to a Fishing Lake that generates food, water, and money (only structure that generates water, so be wise!)
- Forest: Upgrades to a sawmill that generates materials (also the only thing that generates materials)
- Mountains: Upgrades to a Mine that generates shitloads of cash
Upgrading cost people (labor), money, and materials
Grass and Forests can also be upgraded to provide extra housing so peasants can move in.
Peasants move in every year (After Winter).
Your peasants eat food after each day (60 seconds), if you fail to provide enough food for each peasant, you lose money.
If your balance goes to the negative, you lose.
///////////////////////// Used Software
- Unity 5.5
- Visual Studio Code
- Piskel
- Blender
///////////////////////// Notes
This is my first successful LD! Please leave suggestions on how I can improve on the next jam!!
