Escape From Planet Poop

HAHAH this is hilarious! Great simple design and quite fun. Really love the rocket trail!

Should have called this- "escape from the planet of shits!" (reference to planet of apes since apes throw shit)

Overall game impression: THERE'S SHIT EVERYWHERE! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRx49-leiRE) lol. Best sh*t shoveling simulator i ever played in my life. Using it as fuel is glorious. Very good graphics and effects. Really neat sh*t physics.. Gameplay is pretty simple and straight forward, sh*t shoveling basically haha Pretty cool entry overall. Extra + for the sound effects. Good game!

Suggestions and comments on improvement: More variety to gameplay in some sense would be nice. Like having larger sh*t piles fall on your ship from the sky which can squish and kill your player for example.

Hooray, a game I can actually beat! I found that enough poop fell into the ship naturally that I didn't even have to jump to gather many. For most of my play through it simply seemed more efficient to just move side to side scooping the fallen poop into the engine bay.

This game is oddly fun and pushing the poop into the fuel chutes is strangely satisfying.

Played and finished this. Simple and well made and I also understand why the monkeys are throwing it... my ship is burning them all!

I have to say, this stool thing is not at all my kind of humor but I burst out laughing at the finishing line in the game :-)

Good game, the graphics are basic but get the point across, solid entry.

There could have been a little background music, though, and more sound effects. The monkeys could have made funny noises for example.

Anyway, a solid game, keep up the good work.

i agree with earlier comments that a bit of music would go a long way. The graphics and sounds fit good together i think. A good entry for the compo i just wished i could do more than running back and forth hoping enough poop would land on me (who thought i would even say that)

Hey everyone, thanks for all the lovely feedback! I agree with all of the criticism and will probably use it to improve the game someday. I had the idea of the monkeys throwing bananas that made you slip if you stepped on it but Didn't have time to put that in. And as for music: I didn't even really know how to start on that.

Agree with others that say music would add a lot to this. Overall decent entry, however it seemed the best strategy was to just walk from the left side to the ride side of the ship and repeat until you won. Maybe some things that you had to avoid picking up would have helped make it feel more skill-based. Fun/funny entry I enjoyed it quite a bit!

Simple game, hilarious game!

I liked it, the game play was pretty easy, you should try to gradually make it more difficult as you gave the ship getting higher.

Otherwise, fun game, Good Job!!
