Post-Jam Fixes

- Post-POST-Ludum Dare Build: (WINDOWS/MAC/LINUX)
- Difficulty levels! Original is now Hard mode. Defaults to Normal (thanks @ElysiaGriffin!)
- Moving background effects (thanks ErebusWolf!)
- LAMP!
- Bullets look much better, especially enemy lasers (thanks @Rikoclon!)
