This is our entry for Ludum Dare 39 - theme Running out of power.
You are Brenda - a shop assistant that has to provide all the customers with the latest beauty products. Use WASD and SPACE to move around and deliver the products. Don't deliver too many or too few - in that case you will be fired.
Note : the different boxes doesn't always hold enough products for each row of customers (so you need to pick up from one row and deliver on another).
This game was programmed etc etc by me and my two sons, Benjamin and William.
This was actually surprisingly fun and addicting to play! The increasing customer amounts make the game's difficulty curve rise up nicely and there are even some tactical choices to do (I felt like the best tactic was to try to keep the individual stocks as even as possible). Even though the basic idea of the game is pretty much the same as in Tapper it was still fun and the setting was different and sort of comical (100% sale and still keeping the store open, hah). The intro screen was a nice addition and the game had a polished feel to it. The music was fitting and I really liked the graphical style, sort of reminds me of Stardew Valley. Not sure about how well the theme corresponds with the game though, but overall, good job!
Very funny an interesting game. A shop assistant serve food by throwing them away...LOL.. I can play it for half an hour. Easy to opperate but hard to get alive. I like it, and didn't have any suggestion since it's already so good. The only low rating, however, comes from Theme..
