You've gotten the glorious task of securing a steady stream of coffee for your hardworking game developers, to make sure that they don't run out of their creative powers!
Let's just say my rating of your game is higher than the % I got playing The Magical Substance. It was really pleasing aesthetically. The pixel art is nice, as are the sprite sheets. The theme incorporation is both funny and logical. I love how the game feels very meta in its reflection of the LD jam. Cheers.
38%! Would have done better had I realized I could carry that second pot with me. Most people stayed asleep. Nice job, I like the pixel art. Some help in getting more coffee available with some creative powerup would be nice.
That's a nice start! I don't know how you managed to carry a second pot - that shouldn't be in the game, haha, but who doesn't like some fun bug- I mean features!
I'm glad you liked the pixel art, especially since I'm not used to drawing. I had considered making it possible to buy extra coffee machines and pots, but had to lower the scoped because of time constraints. Have a nice day!
It's a fun game. Kind of hard to actually get a good score, but the gameplay is fun anyways. The sound effects were nice, but it could definitely benefit from some music. Overall, a good game. I had fun with it.
The game is connects to the them and in that way it is good but it's too simple and not to addactive. It would be much more fun with different levels (like a two 2 group, big company and etc.) BTW: The sound effects and the sprites are great!
60%, Mwuhaha! The game is catching - I played it for some times to get the score. The story is fun - I am working in gamedev and it's VERY realistic near the deadline . I don't understand how to use the second cup to optimize the loop, but I really want to do it. Is it possible? Probably, it will be easier to understand with an image of actions loop(with arrows and short labels) at the start.
Lovely pixel art, it way more hard than I thought it would be, but it is quite fun, everything is well made, art, sounds, and gameplay, very cool game, better than most of compo's game out there.
I have started having fun when I read the pitch of your game. It is really surprising incarnation of the LD39 theme. Nice idea! It is really fun and the scoring system if also really inventive. More animation, feedbacks sounds, music and candie for the eye could make your game perfect for Android or IPhone.
This game sounded funny, so I gave it a go. It's indeed frantic fun! I got 46% on my third try.
It was a little unclear for me in the beginning what was expected because of the chunky graphics, but I got it after a while. Sounds are good enough, could've used a hectic little song.
A funny meta concept of the game, neat. 45% on my first try, although I had no idea you can carry two at once either, 68% on the second try when I realized that. Nice pixel art, funny sounds making it feel more realistic and fun gameplay. A solid 4, well done!
I enjoyed playing this game a lot! It is a simple mechanic and I felt like I could not do anything in time, but it was great. The usage of the theme and the scoring system are also nice. Music, graphics and the whole design as well. Great work.
