The crocodile enjoys a symbiotic relationship with a bird known as the plover. This bird is known for picking food out of the crocodile's teeth, but many plover birds like to go the extra mile to help the crocodile out.

#### Controls
(listed in game. To change controls press Ctrl+Y)

- Left click to start a level
- A and D to move
- W or Right-Click to jump and wall-jump.
- Use the mouse to direct the birds at what you want help with. The more birds around, the greater their range.

Get to the arrow sign at the end of a level to progress, and go make some birdy friends!

A really nice, cute looking game. Not sure it 100% fits the theme, in my book I was glad to have more birdy friends and tackle harder challenges - so the more I got, the better it got!

This is seriously the best LD40 game i played so far! I did not make one of the last(?) levels, where you have to flee from the birds which give you the chili, because the walljumping mechanics are not the best. But i enjoyed the game very much! Sadly there is no sound. Make a full game! :D

Where are all the comments and ratings? This game deserves more!

Nice compo game! I really got some Jazz Jackrabbit vibes from it somehow. I liked the idea of the mechanic with the multiple birds and how they tend to get distracted like cats causing havoc you don't want and how it makes you sort of think about how to control the birds. It's a shame you don't have any screenshots here on your LD page, it would definitely help people take the next step into actually downloading and playing the game I think. Great work for such a short amount of time!

Cool! Very creative game. I love the puzzly levels and the endearing artwork. The cutscenes sold me from the start. Well polished, all around a great job!

I really like this game! It's a really interesting idea about accruing more and more bird slaves, though as their numbers increased the levels started to get a tad annoying (primarily talking about the level full of health ups) and at some points it felt more like I was waiting for the birds to play the game than playing it myself, especially with target areas that were so large.
I'm especially fond of the visuals though, those sprites are so cute and fun! And the cutscene where you get more birds is a great touch.

Excellent! Great use of the theme. Art is cute and level design is great and varied. Only thing keeping it from a 5 is the lack of sound.

It's a little bit annoying that the birds keeps switching on and off repeadedly. That's my only complaint.

Excellent sprite work, those little birds are so fun and your hero is so expressive. Really cool concept too. Theme-shmeme, your game is neat!

Sound is tough, I would recommend chiptone http://sfbgames.com/chiptone/ even if just to get monster death noises and a jump sound in place, it goes a long way. But it's always a race against the clock.

You did great work here!

That's one of my favourite games! Excellent graphics and animations, and what's more important, gameplay of course! What a great idea with the friendly birds! Awesome concept! Very cute characters, and levels are are quite challenging. Very good job! I've made a few games in multimedia fusion and the games factory when I was younger. Good engine for a 2d game.

The game fits the theme like any other one. Really!

The game is great. I have very few complains. The biggest complain is that it isn't really "the more you have, the worse it is", more birds often help.

It would be nice if you included reset level key and skip level key (which is very useful for people who couldn't pass some level and level selecting). Wall jump felt a bit odd but it wasn't really a problem.

I hope to see post LD game.

That's presumably "the more, the worse". Yes, this game is very good. Very nice entry.

Oh man it's a crime that this doesn't have any audio, it would've been perfect! The gameplay is very unique and it feels like I'm playing a mashup action/puzzle/mouse maze. The birds really make everything super hectic.

This is definitely one of my favorites so far, and I hope you continue to develop it!

I'm really impressed, this game is fun and challenging. When you start advancing you start to comprehend why it fits the theme, well done on that. Really imaginative and the puzzles make good use of the mechanics. A more explanatory tutorial would be great tho, i need some time to figure that i need to click on the crocodile to start playing and were clicking and pressing buttons like crazy. The wall jump mechanic need some work, i find it difficult to use and detracts from a very well done control scheme. Very good work.

This is my favorite game for the Ludum Dare ! Seriously, I just love it ! It was simple, but you progress, you see the link to the theme, it became harder but not unfair, it always let you finish the level even if you take to much time in the late levels, it mix a little skill with puzzling, and I love how the player rythm the game by itself, via the main gameplay ! It was immediatly fun, even the little story make me laugh (not very loud and all, but still laugh !)
It kind of remind me "escape goat" in many aspect, but made in one week end ! Awesome ! It just too clean to be !
