Sorry guys, forgot to mention the music was NOT developed for the jam. THERE IS CUSTOM MUSIC BEING CREATED, but not just yet. Uploaded with this music to make sure we entered the jam.

Regarding the big birds, you can't make them go. They'll leave when they want to! The thing is those are much heavier than the small ones., so keep that in mind!

Hilarious idea, poor guy in the car. Aiming felt a bit awkward, sometimes I couldn't the bird food I threw kept arching over the bird.

Surprisingly hard, I tried a lot of times, and I didn't manage to balance the car for longer 30 seconds or so. Very pretty graphics style. It's also a hilarious concept, I wonder how the person ended up in that situation...? Maybe some story would have added to the humor! :)

A curious and funny idea! The mood setled by its graphics and music its relaxing. A nice little game.

I assume the objective is to make the birds move by throwing the popcorn? doesn't seem to work though.

I liked the graphics style of this game. I wanted to enjoy it, but I thought the game started off too difficult or I just didn't know how to throw the popcorn well enough. Maybe a preview of the throwing arc would've helped me get into this game more easily.

That was a really cool concept for the theme & a game in general. I found it hard to effectively balance the car, but that was part of the fun. Two minor points: I wish the music didn't restart when you start the game over, and I wish the "game over" animation of the car falling off the mountain wasn't blurred ---because some of the "falling" animations were hilarious!

I liked it a lot, my score is 742 points. I liked that different birds have different weights. Good job :)

We're taking note. Removed the blur (I wasn't sure, it was a 50-50 decision and it was kept) and the music now starts in the menu and loops until the game is closed. This is important because the song is much longer than an average game duration -also Moon Moon Moon actually made it with perfect loop in mind-.

960 points~ until 2 hawks came from the right in the same second and birds stopped spawning from the left :D

Can't stop playing. Cool graphics and music, you really made the atmosphere! I would like to see some kind of timer on a screen just to know how far I am from a highscore.

The graphics and audio are amazing! One thing that could be improved is that you could make the clouds oscillate up and down. The game might look a littl bit too "static" with only the bids moving in the scene. Great game!

I think this is my highest rated game so far! Everything is just so beautiful. I have played for a long time now.

Concerning the graphics it looks so incredibly awesome! I can’t believe how beautiful you can make something look with that simple graphics.

Concerning the audio, the music is so relaxing. It felt like I was sitting in the car eating popcorns myself! Wow, I’m impressed as you can tell.

Overall I like this game so flipping much. I had an amazing time playing it. I’ll definitely come back and play some more, even though it was kind of frustrating and hard sometimes. The big birds are called Chimangos, they're an Argentinian bird, similar to a hawk.
They currently dislike popcorn, but will eventually fly away if you survive long enough :)

The theme is nicely executed, has nice graphics to boot which makes this a funny timekilling experience which I think would be perfect for mobile phone users. The difficulty is a bit too random for my taste, because of the delay in which birds respond to your popcorn while there are already 2+ birds coming from the other side. This together with a slightly awkward throwing makes it a bit too hard. If you tweaked around with the delay I think this game could be a huge hit on mobile!

Nice game! It's a simple, funny idea (i wonder about the story on how the car got stuck up there :D) and you have a nice, clear drawing style. I like it! One thing though: You could have put some space between the birds on one side, so you can count them. This would make it easier to predict how you can balance the big birds.

Cool little game! Like the art and music. Very calming. The birds however felt very random, and once 2 or 3 came in from the wron side, it was pretty much game over. Good job though!

At first I thought player should "lure" and balance the birdies on the car, not shoo them. But then I got it :smiley:

besides those annoying brown birds. Eveything else was well executed :) I have no remark whatsoever. Perhaps that at first I thought you needed to place pop corn on your car in order to attract birds on a specific side in order to balance things out. But this works as well!

Pretty fun game. It's reallly hard. I couldn't find a way to disperse the brown birds, so when they came in, it was pretty much just game over. It would be great to have some kind of indicator of what is coming up on either side (like a tetris preview).

Solid game though. Loops well, plays quick, and looks/sounds great.

You need to attract them to balance the car correctly. It's challenging, I know, I'm pretty bad at it myself.
We'll port the game to Android as well, so stay tuned!

A very fun and a very well made game.

This looks and feels really polished. The art style is very nice. On thing though: While there's no big bird, you can easily deal with everything by just throwing popcorn out of one side and easily get to about 4000 points.

Mi estilo de juego favorito! zarpado arte y mood en general, me gusta como esta balanceado(jugue la version ld). Quiero jugar lo proximo que hagas, avisame!

La estética del juego es fantástica, tanto en arte como en audio. El detalle del brazo que se mueve hace que todo se vea muy pulido. Es un juego muy agradable, en general.

La jugabilidad en sí está bien para sesiones cortas. Creería que en sesiones largas se puede poner repetitivo. Me parece que el juego está equilibrado gracias a los pájaros grandes: sin ellos, sería fácil espantar a todos los pájaros pequeños y mantenerse equilibrado, pero una vez aparece un ave grande es necesario dejar algunas pequeñas para mantener el equilibrio. Mi única sugerencia quizá tiene que ver con la aleatoriedad de las aves: en varias partidas me pasó que aparecieron aves solamente por un lado del auto, y fue imposible equilibrarme en esos casos. Creería que garantizar que las aves aparezcan de manera más o menos uniforme (¡no simétrica, claro!) en ambos lados maximizaría la habilidad requerida y minimizaría la sensación de azar.

Coincido con los usuarios de arriba, en estética general, lo hicieron MUUUUY bien, se siente genial, y es agradable a la vista. El gameplay no se queda atras, si bien los pajaros gordos te hacen renegar son la parte que te hace jugar con el equilibrio, logrando que no sea solo un jueguito "de disparos" Felicitaciones!
