Robots are taking over, and it's up to you, a great tennis player, to save the day. Done for Ludem Dare 40 Game Jam with one programmer and one animator we managed to make a game which we find pretty fun.
That was really fun! As the tennis balls increase, there is a strong sense of urgency :) Takes some practice to use the dodge properly as well! very solid game :ok_hand:
This felt really satisfying, and those sound effects where perfect. Controls could got a bit sluggish for me a times (maybe because of browser lag?), but it was still a lot of fun!
This is awesome! The game is simple, but I REALLY like the sound design, the sound effects really adds to the game and the music in the background is a nice touch. The graphics are well done and just adds to the craziness of being a tennis player trying to beat down robots. My favorite part is the gameplay, shooting the balls back feels great AND it fits with the theme!
good fun, though sometimes got a bit laggy. The graphics don't really do it for me, but it has a ridiculous concept that I love. Over all I enjoyed the experience, so good job!
The art was really cute, and the game felt nice to play! I discovered I could just spam left click and deflect basically everything, but I still really enjoyed it! Good work!
The animations are really well polished, congrats on that. The game is really fun too. Maybe more background like maye a crowd rooting for you would make it even sillier and more fun :D
Love the pixel art and sounds! Very satisfying to play, I think some delay in the attacks and acceleration/deceleration in the dashing would make it even more challenging and satisfying.
