The world is full of papers and pens. You have the chance to do something about this. Spend your time collecting the proper documentation, fill out forms and deliver these to the corresponding government institute. Beware, the more paperwork you take on, the worse it gets.
Make sure to avoid the dangers of fire and bureaucrats, but as long as there is ink left in your pen, there is still hope.
