When the ponies are sad they will tell you what they need. Pick up items and use them on the pony to make them happy again. When the happiness meter runs out you lose.

It is a bit buggy and not as put together as hoped. The weekend didn't goes as planned to say the least.
I'm also running into a static screen on both Firefox 57.0.1 and Chrome 62.0.3202.94 on Windows. In both browsers I'm getting a "Failed to register service worker" error.
Runs fine on Chrome. I think a minimap would have made the game more fun, because I didn't even know where all of the horses were. Also seems like you put a decent chunk of effort into the graphics so there's that
