The more arms you grow, the harder it is to punch someone.
Kinda counter intuitive considering how many heavyweight champions throughout the history of the sport have been octopuses.

Keyboard = Punch
Mouse = Aim Punches!
So you have 3 meters
Health, Stamina (self explanatory)
and
Radioactivity
The more you miss punches/get your arms tied up the more your radioactivity grows and you sprout more and more arms.
