Wrath of the Crickets vs Brigham Young is a multiplayer cooperative and/or competitive game for up to 4 pioneers.
A horde of crickets has descended upon your precious wheat farm. The more you grow, the worse it seems to get.
Master your skills as a farmer, birdwatcher, sculptor, and arsonist as you seek wealth in the Great Salt Lake Valley.
The first player to construct a monument to Brigham Young will bring God's blessings upon the land and end this plague.
Changelog
- Fixed a multiplayer "glitch" (lack of testing) that made initial world conditions not match up
- Adjusted action costs
- Increased growth speed and profitability of wheat
- Changed menu selection controls
Notes
- WASD or mouse menu selection
- You can only start fires on your own wheat fields or grass (but they can spread however they choose AHAHHAHAA)
- The game works in single player mode if you host a game by yourself
- if you want to host a game with other players you need to enable UDP port forwarding
- The game is currently balanced towards competitive mode, which means it's pretty easy to win single player, try timing yourself to see how quickly you can win!
