Danger of the violent woods

Interesting game! Some of the minigames reminded me of Undertale and they were quite enjoyable :) The ambiance music is nice and really sets the mood. Good submission!

I like the vibe that the whole game feels, I like the minigames idea but I think theres a bug with the Marjatta enemy D: The player icon disappear so I'm unable to dodge the attacks! Overall it's a good game! I like the hedgehog~

super expansive for a game jam, well done. The way the monsters attack you when text pops up is a bit annoying but maybe that's on purpose. The dialogue is funny but repetitive when you've fought the same monster already. I really liked the dash mechanic.

@Vyolfers Oh noo! Do you mean the W-A-D Icons? Those dissapear in purpose if you hit 'em at the wrong time

@Kultisti OH! Now I see it, I thought u had this little square where u need to dodge some stuff like when the spider guy got me! I didn't know I had to press W-A-D icons as the enemy comes, sorry about that! Thank you so much for clarifying, maybe I just missed on something..

Nice game. :) I really like it.

10/10 for the atmospheric visuals and music. The story was also interesting. It took me a while to get to grips with the mini-game as some of them are different. The minigames remind me of undetale too.

Man I'll be honest with you, I skipped this game last night cause it looked rather scary. And I was right!

Great atmosphere with the music and art!

The minigames are a little confusing and wandering around got tedious, but overall pretty good.

The immersion was great! The mini games took a bit to understand what I needed to do. I liked the little Easter eggs you put in there. I only found the hedgehog and the LD. Were there others? Great Job completing and submitting your game!

I like this mini games. Cool simple but its fun to play

A lot of content here! The point of the game is rather simple, but the mood you build it's one of its strengths. The piano music works perfectly sometimes but others it's a bit off. The minigames are fun, maybe a little bit long, specially the middle "cinematic" for the monsters you already encountered. I like the art too, not really polished but with potential, except for the sprite "part", it's not clear what it is and has nothing to make it stand out so you knew you could interact with before trying.

Some of the minigames could be better explained, but otherwise they are great. Nice atmospheric experience overall, too bad you had trouble tying it with the theme. Personally I'm not a huge fan of a lot of the art, though the tentacles looked great and it fit the game pretty well.

Mood and graphics get my 5's! Expansive for a compo game, and pretty well done. The first monster's minigame doesn't seem to work for me, and mixed size pixels really are not my thing but since this is a jam you are excused ;p

The music and graphical style really help to give this a slightly comedic but dark mood. Very different from a lot of the other games on here.

The game is really good, strong atmosphere, varied original fights. I think it was already mentioned, but it really reminds me of Undertale. Also, please tell that piano monster to calm down a bit. He seems to be a little overenthusiastic about being in a well made videogame.

Interesting concept, but didn't find the minigames fun as the controls were a little hard to parse and understand immediately. Cool that you did music for this though.

Really seems inspired by Undertale meets Don't Starve! Lots of neat effects and interactions for only 48hrs! Good job!
