epic graphics super fun to play

Very beautiful low poly style! The gameplay was also very enjoyable, because throwing fish at stuff is how i solve all of my problems anyways :smile: It seems that sometimes you have to lose a life when there are no more fish on very overcrowded lanes, but it does not bother too much! Very enjoyable game!

Really nice looking game, and I love the simple but effective UI and feedback the game provides with cross hair, sound effects and all that jazz.

Awesome game, I enjoyed it quite a lot. Loved the whale feature.

I started to like the game as the controls started to grow on me, the problem I have is that knocking down certain ships may require some luck, so maybe tune the rng generator to be better for bigger ships. Otherwise I had fun.

The presentation and overall aesthetic was very nice (also that sexy title voice...).
I was confused on what to do at first, but eventually got the hang of it thanks to the controls & actions being helpfully limited to a few.

P.S: I don't know why The Sims green diamond is floating in front of my character.

I loved the 3D Models! At first I was frustrated because I only fished some small guys, but then the whale came and changed that.

So simple but still so addicting, I could have played this for hours. You should totally port this to an mobile-game! I'm amazed by this game. It feels so polished and the graphics is so clean. I have nothing to complain about. You guys blew me away. BTW I laughed so hard when he threw the whale.

This is so charming! The aesthetics are great, from the graphics to the sound, even the UI.

I really appreciated how 'forgiving' the game is. It seems like the hitboxes are generous, and so is the timing as far as when you hook a fish or not. This made it super fun to play and not frustrating at all.

It would have been cool to see some different behaviors from the ships though. Maybe a speed-boat that starts out slow, but randomly darts toward you. Or a drunken pirate boat that zig-zags to make it harder to hit. Something other than the same straight-line, constant speed of all the current ships.

Regardless, it was still a joy to play, and very polished!

A good laugh! Once I understood how the fish spawned a bit better I had an easier time and a lot of fun. There is something satisfying about throwing fish at things. Would perhaps in the future like to see different ships acting in different ways and otherways to advance your fisherman - but this is a great jam entry and I fully enjoyed!

You really need to develop this, it's so funny to play. The idea is simple but very effective. And the mechanics and how they are executed are very very effective. As other have said, I appreciated the hitboxes to be so generous. We should have had more generous hitboxes in our game. Seeing so many other games that are a bit difficult to understand, this game outstands for its easy opening to new players. I like how you reverse the idea of whale fishing (really hilarious) and I'm really in love with the name. Congratulations!!

I like the idea and the graphics, but I have to say the controls are a bit stiff. It doesn't feel like I'm controlling the gameplay because there is not enough feedback for fishing in the correct or wrong spot and for hitting or missing a ship.

I love the graphic style, it is funny and nice overall. Nice mini-game :)

Love the graphics and the way you need to throw fishes at the boats. The crosshair is a bit offset compare to your character, I dunno if you can move it or not but I have a fun time. Well done.
