Our game is about a brutal and manly AF man who gets sucked in "oh so pretty!" candyland where only love and hugs and happiness exists. Our protagonist have to evade all this nonsense with his good ol' rusty triple barrel pokestick to not become one of them.
Kill them and evade them by any means necessary - each touch brings you closer to becoming one of them! The longer you stay sane, the more insistent our little friends become - they start to chase you faster, hug and like you harder.
Why the name GoryTale?
It's a mix of two absolutely different game worlds - Fairy tales meet brutality and gore. Fairy tale world settings meet "think Duke Nukem, Doomguy, Serious Sam" with their bloodthirsty habits destroying nice things.What is the mission?
Your mission in our game is to stay alive and sane as long as possible. Evade cuties, shoot everything that moves!Can I actually win?

Really good, love the art style - places nicely! Really liked the change in post-processing to represent your health (sanity) lowering. Awesome job

Absolutely fabulous! Incredibly well done gripping game and borderline insane atmosphere. Fast-paced gameplay gives a lot to the overall theme - no time to look back, and quite soon no desire to look back either :) PS: nice voiceover!

Really fun, it reminded me of Doom, love the fast pace and contrast between art style and mechanics, I really hope you expand on it further.
If you do, here are some suggestions from my perspective as a player:
* Some way of regenerating health
* Toned down visual health effects (kinda headachey at points)
* Kill counter in game
* More weapons (that one's obvious)

Really cool! Reminds me of Serious Sam, it's really fun. I love the voices, the sounds really finish it together. It's quite easy though, but other then that it's great

What a beautiful game, very nicely done. Loved how the things got darker to the end. Its very satisfying to blow those cute little things in pieces.

Low poly happy tree friends meets adventure time :smile: I believe some shoot feedback is necessary to understand that enemies are taking damage. At times I thought milkshakes were invincible!

Great visuals, sound and overall presentation. Plays well and feels good, but I did run out of things to do a bit faster than I was hoping! It'd be great to see a levelling system, extra weapons or something.

The character lines are pretty funny. The presentation is very good to (specially the music) and the movement is solid. I think you would be better if it had more variety in the enemy behavior (shooting projectiles, etc) and have more weapons. It was really fun though.

This was a delight. The characters are great but seeing them explode into a bloody mess is better. Overall I like the graphics and humor the most. The game garners a smile. The thing I think that could be worked on was hit detection, I had a tough time understanding when or why I hit something, and it was a bit unclear how far I could shoot. Some particles or visual representation of what I shot would definitely help. Over all I think you guys did a great job!

Taps into that satisfying destruction of cute nice things very well. One thing I would improve is having more and more difficult levels which would make it more rewarding IMO. Thumbs up for well polished artwork and pump-up soundtrack.

Quite fun arena shooter. But i think you should work on accuracy of the weapon, because right now it's really displeasing when you totally miss meat shots with a shotgun.

I really love the music and the kawai-metal change. The design is pretty good and the gory parts too. It's a bit laggy tho, I couldn't play it in more than 20 fps and the blur lags too. Nvm, Good job guys.
