We all have had the special someone we wanted to take out and impress, but can you impress the crush of your dreams while indulging on a date of your dreams? A RAIL-SHOOTER DATE?
Pick up your plastic gun and shoot some baddies in this Rail-Shooter Dating Sim. Keep yourself and your crush alive while also trying to woo them and get them to like you more. If not it's game over, and you've already used your last quarter.
(NOTE: There’s about 10 seconds of gameplay. HOWEVER, you can restart the demo on the fly and it has a host of core mechanics that are present for you to play around with and find. So, actually, there’s probably a good minute or so of gameplay, but you gotta find it. .)
*This is the first time I've participated in a game jam of any kind. I originally wasn't planning on participating because a lot of game jams, especially Ludum Dare, happen while I'm still busy with school, during finals, or when the school year has started. I started a day late, saturday afternoon, but I mainly wanted to know what it's like to participate in a game jam and make a game I usually wouldn't make. That said, this is probably more of a tech demo right now, but I'm going to change that in the future. Give me all your feedback, plz and thanx!
