LD41 game work- Theme is Fishing + Shmup (side-scrolling shoot em up).
CONTROLS- Arrow keys to move, Z to shoot, go up to the blue line to reel in the catch.
Art by the lovely Balduranne. Made exclusively for this jam.
EDIT- This game is an incomplete prototype at best- as I ran out of time due to various reasons.
Things I wanted to get in but didn't have time to-
-More fish
-A scrolling level
-a better main menu
-Fix a bug where the fish cards didn't have sound when revealed.
-Fish shoot bullets.
-Boss fish
-"Reeling in" survival event for each fish.
-Music for the main game.
