- NOTE: It appears that driving controls are reversed on Windows (MOVING THE ANALOGUE STICK UP AND DOWN TURNS THE CAR LEFT AND RIGHT)
Rhythm Racer mixes the genres of Racing and Rhythm, forcing the player to complete two tasks simultaneously to win, with the winner being the first to complete three laps of the track. The game is two player local-multiplayer, requiring the use of a controller for each player.
As you drive around the course it is essential to simultaneously complete the rhythm game on the screen as well, otherwise your vehicle will only run at the slowest of speeds. The fuller the power bar, the faster you can drive.
