This game is the ultimate mix of tower defense and card game.

Tower Deck Furenzy is a game which has been developed by three coders, two artists and two audio engineers, made for ludum dare 41.

In this game you need to use your cards to place towers (animals), upgrade them, and fight against the bad animals (like a tiger) :P

Well done on the cool game, if you don't mind me asking, I noticed that the exe makes a network connection, what's this for? Just wondered as the game doesn't seem to have any network features.

@Supernerd there is no any network features in the game / setup... if you don't want to use the exe setup file you can also download the zip file and unzip it! :smile:

Great art, and great music! Music and sound were top notch. I liked how the card hand change the usual boring teching of towers. Cool game

I jumped into this one blind- and pretty soon I thought I was going to lose it all- but I got the hang of it and those peanut guns really work! More levels and I'd still be playing. Great little tower defense game! Congratulations and thank you!

The music was nice and fitted the game. The visuals were decent, the logo really nice. I found some UI improvements could make the game easier to grasp - such as maybe gold icon and place that icon next to the cost on the card so you link two things together. A larger range of "turret" types would have made the game more interesting to play. Seemed quite similar to a standard tower defense game, good effort!

Very cute and the music fit the concept really well :D There seems to be some Z-sorting issues with animals going under trees, and some explanation of the numbers below the cards would be useful (or maybe I missed it). Otherwise quite a fun TD / card game :D

It was fun to play, it lacks a bit of contents (more tower would be great), but the music fits the game nicely!

A clever take on the two genres individually, but then combining them like this seems like you might be sitting on something with real commercial value if you feel like taking it further. Lots of fun!

Pretty solid entry! It's tight, it's functional and bug free, and the graphics are cute and appealing. It was sad that it was so short because the few levels there were were too easy in my opinion. As others have stated already, more cards and more levels would really help. And also some more distinction between enemies :) good job!

The engine/code is actually setup to have different type of cards, upgrade, or enemy types. We even had a level 3 that didn't make in time. Thanks for playing our game everyone!

Pretty good! I enjoyed that! I particularly liked the installer - very professionnal! There may be some improvements to be made in the way the score is shown in-game but it's a really fun game, nice work y'all :-D

That was super-cute. But man, those ground hogs really tear it up. I think they might be a little OP, particularly once they've been upgraded.

I didn't really get how the cards and money worked at first, seems like I got either rather arbitrarily, though it wasn't that big a deal.
