Develop pour city to make it bigger and taller than our opponent's, but be careful not to generate more pollution !
The game ends when a player has no resources or space to improve his city, and then the player who generated the less pollution wins !
- 2-player local game (no AI or online multiplayer... yet?)
- Turn-based
- 5 to 10 min per game unless you play with a friend who takes 20 min to think each turn ;)

PLEASE READ !!
(the rules are not explained in-game... yet)
- Each turn, you must select 4 tiles to "develop" by selecting a development shape (those tetris-like shapes).
- Selected tiles will be improved and gain 1 city level
- You must have 1 of your current city tiles in the development area, and you can't take more opponent tiles than tiles you own within the development area/shape.
- When a city tile reaches level 4 or 5, it will generate 1 pollution. You must then place that pollution on natural tiles or on your city tiles.
- You can't improve polluted city anymore !
- The cost of the used development shape increases
- At the end of turn you earn resources: 5 per adjacent natural times (-1 per pollution level), and 1 per city tile and its level (-1 per pollution level)
