This is my first Ludum Dare! Only got a day and a half instead of 3 days to work on it!, but I hope you like it! Tell me what you think!
(If possible, use the Windows version rather than the WebGL version which cropped one edge out for no reason. I'd fix it but I don't have time. It's still playable though)

The idea was to mimic the feeling of claustrophobia. I thought to myself "how can I make a game FEEL claustrophobic". This is pretty much a horror game. I would have added much more if I had the full 3 days instead of just 1, but I hope you find it CLAUSTROPHIBIC!
A feedback from my side- map W A S D keys as well. i was using those keys and was trying to figure out why this is not working. Gamer generally use W A S D keys but it depends on you :) anyways game is good luck...
Though it's not a bullet hell, it seems inspired by Touhou (which means I like it ;) ). Athmosphere is cool and kind of gives credit to claustrophobia. Simple but fun!
The title screen had really cool animation! Then got into the game and it had a cool style, and cool audio / mood. The death sound (which I heard too often...) was a bit jarring / scary. Great job!
That loosing noise gives me a hard attack each time, even if I already heard it, I still get shocked every single time. I tell you that, you definitely nailed the ambiance! The game is challenging, it was great!
My suggestion to improve it is by making the transition to a new game when starting over a little faster. Otherwise, I enjoyed it!
I love what you did for the ambiance in the game. It really fits a horror theme. Although the death sound really was ear splitting if I had missed the warning I might have my ear drums bleeding. The game is really challenging I never made it to the end even after 5+ runs. I had a lot of fun with it though.
audio was on point.. definitely gave me a good scare while wearing my headphones. with a little bit of balancing work it would be perfect. The simplistic idea and the fact that I was told there was 100% a way through made it a fun challenge. Well done with limited time.. had quite a few jumps when i thought i made it only to hear the "screech" sound
Welcome to Ludum dare! Great entry too! The best thing is definitely the mood! Just got stuck in the first deadend, I have no idea how to go through it :sweat_smile:
Interesting. I didn't understand the screen moved at first, but after my first two deaths, I was more patient. Then after the fourth death I suddenly lost my patience, haha. It was a fun little game with dark overtones. Would be cool if the black had some kind of effect on the border.
Horror mood is awesome! I hope people with real claustrophobia never play this. If you have more time to work on this game, the main thing to improve is to replace green dot with some human character, I think this is important thing for horror game.
