Don´t Hit The Ducks!
Your father takes you to the forest to hunt and become a real man, but you don´t see the point. Why kill a animal is going to make you a man?. So You better not hit any animal, or you will be traumatized. Easy to say, but there are so many stupid animals in here. What a bad day you will have.
Ps: Also hitting the red ballons counts as missing 10 shots for not good reason;

Post Jam Actualization:
I made a version for all platforms(Windows_x86, Windows_x64, Mac, Linux_x86, Linux_x64, Andorid, Html5) so you can all play. I implemented some changes that people sugested, you can enjoy the new version more polished and fair or you can play the "REAL JAM GAME", only for Windowsx64.

After Jam Changelog(All Platforms):
- 100% less random aim anoyance.
- Better animals spawn rates.
- Now ballons explode pussing away the animals YAY!
- Rabits now almost never fly (what a shame)
- Amazing aniimation for points(OH YEAH!)
- UI more or less fixed.(kinda...)
PD: I will apreciated if you leave some feedback on how the versions play, I couldnt test the Mac version or the Linux versions. Thank you so much!

Hello! First of all: I like that the game was simple enough to figure out even without instructions. The name on the game makes it quite obvious, but after getting a few points for missing the shots I started understanding what to really do. I think the game would be a tiny bit improved by letting the difficulity be a little bit easier than it is in the beginning though. I like the cute art for the animals too :)

The game is fun, good job! There was a small opening at the middle-top so I used it for my advantage and made over 100 score :) But I agree with the people above, constant moving cursor would be better.

I like that you don't kill the animals in this one :D. I agree with everybody that the recoil after the shot is not cool, makes it too random. I also could get a "high" (192) score by just click crazily at the top of the screen. Maybe put more ducks there to avoid cheesing or limit the cursor area.
Nevertheless, cool idea, gameplay, graphics, music, sound, animations. It's all very well done and polished, great job!

The only thing i didn't like is this aim which moves randomly.
I think it will be better if you use your recoil by moving the aim for the next shot and not the shot we fired.
Another thing too, i tried to fire only in one corner and spam fire, i got quickly a lot of points :p, so maybe you should limit the place where we can aim and block the corners.
Otherwise, good game & very nice idea !

I liked the graphics, music and the idea. It fits well the theme. Not a big fan of the random aim. I think it will be much better if the shot were on target and the aim were moved after that.

Not quite, Unity's only thrown out the .exe file, which is Windows-only. Mac uses .app files and Linux directly takes binaries (either .x86 or .x86_64). If you could export it for Linux though I'd gladly give it a shot.

Fun idea! I think in a game of this nature, the recoil made things really hard. I also feel like most areas of the screen are simply too dangerous to click in, and ended up camping the top middle part of the screen. Felt real good to have a window to do some spamfire!

This game would be hell of a fun if you could control where you shooting! I know you've already addressed the issue, but still... Even though, the game is fun, artstyle is very spot on and I like it very much, so is the music in my opinion. I would just reconsider the gun sound, which is pretty uninteresting to me. But overall great experience for me, thanks for that! :)

An addictive game with stylized graphics and cute sounds. I love the "how is killing an animal going to make you a man?" Thought this game was very sweet overall; great work! :)

Very funny game, the idea you've got is very good! I'm pretty bad at missing my shots, but eh, nobody's perfect.
I love the arts. The little screen shaking every time you shot adds a small thing I shouldn't describe.

Oh man, what a great idea! Solid execution, and fun to boot. I particularly love the "game over" screen. Nice unique take on the theme!

I didn't rate because I played the WebGL game; let me know if I'm doing it wrong. This game was a lot more fun than it should have been. Shooting at nothing doesn't sound like anything, but the nice graphics and not-annoying music made this a very pleasant, vegetarian experience (until I accidentally killed a living cgi creature. Congratulations! ¡Muy bueno!

Hellow @wrenpirate yeah I am glad you enjoyed the game, the version you played is the post jam so it is better that you dont rate it. You can try the original version if you want, but it is only for windows.

Very fun game. Some of it did just seem like clicking as fast as possible, when there was a gap. However, trying to shoot down the balloons made it interesting. Well done.

This is a great entry! This is probably one of my favorite interpretations of this theme I've played so far. The graphics and audio are top notch and flipping the script on Duck Hunt is brilliant.

Fun idea. The graphics and music are very pleasant and create a relaxing atmosphere. A neat little game.
One subtle bug I've found is that if a deer and a rabbit align when you take a shot, the game deducts a missed shot for each of them, so you can end up with a score of -1. :)

It's clean, simple and fairly basic, but challenging at the same time. Nice work!
Although i not a big fan of the cursor moving randomly AFTER a click. I get the point of imitating recoil and things but in the end it feels more unfair than challenging.
A constant moving cursor would maybe be more appropriate.
