The story behind ExplodeyOS is that your computer has caught a virus, which is taking up storage on your computer. Your only means of getting rid of this virus is to use 3 anti-malware floppy disks, each with their own minigames. Lose a minigame, the virus takes up space on your computer. Win a minigame, space on your computer will be recovered. If you lose enough games, your computer will no longer have any storage space and it will cease to function and you'll be required to reset it!

There is a whole bunch of features that we would have liked to be implemented into this game, but we simply didn't have enough time. We will definitely go back and polish this baby up and maybe even add more minigames so stay tuned!

It's a shame that the 3rd minigame isn't implemented. The game is really short, but neat. the biggest problem is that it's nothing new, it's just old games, but i like the concept of playing them to defeat the virus.
if this game had more minigames with some of them being unique, this would've been a really awesome game. but even with 2 minigames, it's neat.

The pixel art is good, things are easily recognizable, and everything is cohesively retro. Unfortunately, this is a very rare instance where I have to rate Innovation pretty low because, let's be honest, the meat of the gameplay was Pong and Snake (and I'm assuming the unfinished one was going to be Breakout). I quite liked the premise for playing a bunch of minigames, but I wish the minigames themselves were more original.

But it's not all bad. It did leave me feeling nostalgic about old classic games, so there's that.
