1st game i ever created so might as well go with one of the most basic with a simple twist for ludum dare XD sry for bad quality and no sound i'm still a big noob in need of teaching.
The twist can be interesting : because you lose a point when you are too close, you must minimize your moves. The game is so easy it's boring, the bats are too tall and the ball is too slow. You could have packaged everything in the same archive instead of having to download an exe and a folder separately.
@julienm020 make a zip archive (or another widespread compression format such as 7z) containing the exe and the data folder. Then upload it on any upload site you like. The players will hust have to download the archive and decompress it. So install 7-Zip, select everything in your LD42 pong folder, right click -> add to archive.
There are also duplicate dll files in your managed folder (with "(1)" "(2)" etc...), I don't know why there are duplicates, but it probably shouldn't. I removed them and the game still works. It's not a big deal, but is a few kilobytes wasted.
