Everyone knows there is just one way to reach the end of the space: By literally running out of it.
You went through many tests at the NASA to be the choosen one who can test the Rungine Rocket 2000 to reach the end of the space. On your journey you will encounter many obstacles, like meteorites, dangerous satellite lasers and even UFO's. The Rungine Rocket 2000 is way to fast to be damaged directly, but every hit causes the space around you to shatter.Touching these void holes will cause you to die instantly, so be careful.
Your goal is simple: Run out of space, while trying to not run out of space Use the WASD or Arrow keys to move and Space to shoot
This was our first participation in a Ludum Dare Jam and it all worked quite well for the beginning. We had way more content planned like a bossfight at the end or some fancy background objects, but we really ran out of time (and space :>). Anyways, we hope you have fun with our little game and maybe see you soon at another Jam. o/

Nice game ! It just surprise me the guy in black who run and belong to the hitbox, I think that it's fun but not very convenient because it's hard to see him ! ^^
It wasn't easy for me at all, but the 6th times I could finally run out of space. My tactics was to not shoot at all at the end, only dodge those purple bullets, and pray. Only there I realized there is a guy on the rocket, on the Rungine Rocket 2000. Maybe he could be grey, to be more noticable, or those other background elements could help. I liked how devastating was the satellite and hated those little ones, those who came out of the big purples and could shout backwards at you. The boost's weren't that useful in my opinion, maybe the green and the red one could last a little longer. All in all it was really cool, and fun, and such!
I loved this one! Theme integration was really good, and it was fun to see my guy running on the rocket. The animations were nice and so was the music. Good work!
Another great addicting game! Finally beat it after about my 20th try lol. I especially liked the unlimited lives, but your play space gets smaller mechanic. Very good interpretation of the theme! My only criticisms are that the dude on the treadmill blends into space, maybe put an outline around him? Also, I have no clue what the heck the black circle power ups do. Would love to buy this game on Steam someday!
@niccolas-suprik The "black circle power up" as you called it (;D) is to remove one of the deadly fields generated on player hit :) So it gives you some space back :) And I'm glad to hear you would by it someday :D That gives us motivation to eventually go this step ;)
